The following documents are required from foreign employers or their representatives to enable Innovative HRD PLTD to process Govt formalities for the recruitment of Nepali nationals. These documents should be attested by a Nepalese consulate & Notary public or Chambers of Commerce of the host country.
For Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and UAE to recruit human resources from Nepal:
(1) Demand Letter
(2) Power of Attorney
(3) Agency Agreement
(4) Employment Contract
(5) Guarantee Letter
For Malaysia
(1) KDN approval (from the labor ministry)
(2) Translation letter (from the labor ministry or Home Ministry)
(3) Demand letter
(4) Power of attorney
(5)Agency agreement
(6) Employment contract
(7) Notary public
(8) Letter from the Nepal Embassy to Labor Department Nepal
(9) An ID copy of the authorized person of the employer company
(10) His Excellency (letter written by Employer Company to Malaysian consulate in Nepal.
